14-Day Returns (Non-Custom Orders)

For all ready-made, non-custom items, customers may return their order within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging and seals intact.
  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Custom Orders

Many of our products are custom made to order.
Because these items are made specifically for each customer, custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.

3-Year Warranty

We offer a 3-year warranty on all products covering:
  • Stitching coming undone
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Structural faults
  • Any issue resulting from workmanship (not misuse or accidental damage)
