Welcome to Carbon Steer. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Orders & Custom Products

Many of our items are custom made to order. Once a custom order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged. Please ensure all details, specifications, and selections are correct before confirming your purchase.

2. Ready-Made Products

For products that are in stock and not custom made, returns are accepted only if the item’s seal has not been opened. If the seal is broken, the item is considered used and cannot be returned. Customers are responsible for all return postage costs.

3. Exchanges & Credits

Approved returns will receive a 12-month store credit, which can be used on any product on our website.
Sale items are not eligible for refunds. Exchanges may be offered, and return shipping costs apply.

4. Shipping

Orders are dispatched the next working day when items are in stock. Shipping times vary by location and are estimates only. Carbon Steer is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Product Fitment & Compatibility

Customers are responsible for confirming vehicle compatibility before placing an order. We cannot be held liable for incorrect fitment resulting from customer error.

6. Warranty

All products come with a standard warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

7. Liability

Carbon Steer is not responsible for any damage, injury, or loss caused by improper installation or misuse of our products. Professional installation is strongly recommended.

8. Payment & Security

All payments are securely processed. We do not store your payment information. Fraudulent or suspicious orders may be cancelled or held for verification.

9. Privacy

We respect your privacy and only use your information to process orders, manage accounts, and improve your shopping experience. We never share or sell your data.
